Children
Although we love your little ones, our wedding day will be an adults-only (18+) celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the day to the fullest.
However, we understand that some of you may be traveling with your children, so we are happy for them to attend our welcome drinks the night before. Thank you for your understanding!
Accommodation
There are plenty of self-contained accommodations in the Hunter Valley area, which can be found on Hunter Valley Escapes, Hunter Valley Stays or AirBnB. We highly recommend staying as close as possible to the wedding venue to minimise travel time (Wollombi, Laguna or Millfield region).
If you prefer a hotel, you can stay at Voco Kirkton Park, Mercure, or Rydges Resort however please note that travel time will be at least 30 min one way.
If you’re able to attend, we recommend booking your accommodation as early as you can. The hotels and local stays can fill up quickly, especially since there are other wedding venues in the area.
Transport
We'll be arranging shuttle buses to take guests to and from the wedding. Pick-up and drop-off details will be shared once they're confirmed.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to our desire to keep our wedding more intimate, unless we have specifically named your plus one for the save the date, we are unable to accommodate them for now.
