Children
Although we love your little ones, our wedding day will be an adults-only (18+) celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the day to the fullest.
However, we understand that some of you may be traveling with your children, so we are happy for them to attend our welcome drinks the night before. Thank you for your understanding!
Accommodation
We highly recommend staying as close as possible to the wedding venue (5–15 minutes away) to minimise travel time, ideally in the Wollombi, Laguna, or Millfield region. The list of recommended stays can be downloaded by clicking here. Alternatively, you can search on Hunter Valley Escapes, Hunter Valley Stays or AirBnB.
If you’re able to attend, we recommend booking your accommodation as early as you can.
Transport
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests on our wedding day, we will be providing door-to-door pick up & return shuttle service for guests staying in the Wollombi Region or surrounding suburb. Once you have booked your accommodation, please share your address with us so we can coordinate and provide a detailed schedule closer to the date.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to our desire to keep our wedding more intimate, unless we have specifically named your plus one for the save the date, we are unable to accommodate them for now.
